Below are the standard timeframe and procedure of each job orders, as follows:
Job order facts.
Fumigation and Phytosanitray: Treatment takes 48Hours including aeration of chemicals. All wooden items must be treated before loading or pick up. Request draft certificate to service provider after treatment for our checking and said certificate should made available to us 24 hours before carrier ETD. This applies to import and export shipments only.
Cargo Cut-off by sea: Cargo should delivered at terminal 72 hours before ETD. If ex-works is the booking party, make sure to provide pre-advise details to carrier, if FCL.
Cargo Cut-off by air: Cargo should delivered at terminal 12 hours before ETD. If ex-works is the booking party, make sure to cut airway bill upon delivery of goods at terminal.
Land freight: All documentary requirements should available to us and the carrier 48 hours before ETD;
Export Declaration: SAD must lodge in customs system immediately upon receipt of container, seal and registry number of carrier. SAD must process in customs within 24 hours upon receipt of online customs confirmation. Terminal charges must settle the same day and make sure that the original copy of Export declaration should endorsed to carrier’s terminal or office.
Bill of Lading: Customer service is mandated to give strict deadline to shippers. ANY cost of delay that result to amendment thereafter will charge to erring party (staff or shipper).
Certificate of Origin: Once BL, processed ED and funds are available. Not all export shipment requires C.O processing.
