Customs Memorandum Circular
A Customs Memorandum Circular (CMC) is an official notice or announcement from the Philippine Bureau of Customs (BOC). It is used to circulate vital information, such as current exchange rates, external regulations from other agencies, or updates on tariff classification and the accreditation of importers and customs brokers. It ensures all stakeholders are informed of timely developments in customs procedures and trade facilitation.
