1. Create an account with Ex-works and wait for email confirmation.
2. Login to your account with your username and password.
3. On main menu on Ex-works 24/7 tab, click "My account".
4. Update your account details and click "Update account" then click "view profile".
5. Click "Booking", select your shipment type (E.g Export, Import Domestic).
6. Select "Proforma booking" if you're seeking for booking confirmation. "Final proforma" if you want to finalize booking.
7. Select your preferred mode of transport (for via sea, choose FCL or LCL).
8. Then provide all necessary information and attached all related documents, then click "Send".
9. Expect to received booking confirmation via email.
10. Expect to received draft Bill of lading within 12-72 hours before carrier ETD.

Final proforma booking must send to us (Sea freight: 72 hours before carrier ETD. Air freight: 24 hours before carrier ETD).

1. Login to your account with your username and password.
2. On main menu, click "Ex-works 24/7" then click "view profile".
3. Click "Booking", select your shipment type (E.g Export, Import Domestic).
4. Select "Final Proforma".
5. Select your preferred final mode of transport (for via sea, choose FCL or LCL).
6. Then provide all necessary information and attached all related documents, then click "Send".
7. Expect to received  revised draft Bill of Lading within 24 hours based on your final proforma booking for your approval, without your approval within 8 hours, Draft BL will serve as final. Any amendment thereafter will be for erring party's account.

1. Check your tracking number in your booking confirmation.
2. On main menu click "Tracking".
3. Enter you tracking number and click "Track Result".
