Customs Representative
Serve as liaisons between clients and the government, addressing issues related to declarations, restrictions and duty / tax payments, to prepare and file customs form, organize and classify shipments, determine tax and tariff payments, create shipping and tracking records.
Customer service
Genuinely excited to help customers. Should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Some of the duties are addressing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, identifying and assessing customers’ needs.
Account Manager
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters for local and or overseas accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts, procedures and agreements to maximize profit.
Executive Assistant
Maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Handling office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform a huge array of other essential tasks. Secretary generally work directly for organization.
